Common questions
After you post your giveaway, take a screenshot of it and upload the image in the app. The tracker automatically reads the screenshot and fills in the group, prize, entry method, and winner-announcement date. If it can't confidently determine a field, it'll suggest a few options to pick from, or you can just type it in yourself.
Once you've picked a winner, update your original Facebook post — add "UPDATE: Winner" along with their name at the top. Take a screenshot of the updated post and upload it to that same entry in the tracker. When you've sent the prize, flip the Sent toggle, which closes out the giveaway.
The Reports tab lets you view your giveaway history by all time, year, month, group, or winner. You can also email yourself a copy of any report for your business records.
Every field is editable — just tap into the entry and correct the group, prize, dates, or winner at any time.
You don't need a winner to close it out — open the entry and mark it closed manually, and it'll move to your Archive.
Screenshots are only ever read on your device to fill in a giveaway's details — they're never uploaded or stored. Saving a small thumbnail with each entry is an opt-in setting you control in Settings, off by default.
No ongoing fees or subscriptions — your giveaway history syncs across your devices at no extra cost once you've downloaded the app.
Email us at the address below — we read every message and use them to plan updates.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and every giveaway you've logged.
